Tying steps
- Slide gold bead onto hook, mount in vise.
- Lay black thread base from bead to bend.
- Tie in 2 brown biots as forked tail.
- Tie in gold oval tinsel.
- Tie in 3-4 peacock herl, twist into rope, wrap to bead.
- Rib with gold tinsel in 5 turns.
- Wrap 2-3 turns of brown hen hackle.
- Tie in 2 white biots flat over the back.
- Whip finish behind bead, head cement.
