- Body: Olive-brown dubbing
- Hackle: Brown saddle (palmered)
- Wing: Natural deer hair or tan elk hair
- Head: Green egg sac (bright green dubbing ball, optional)
Tying steps
- Mount hook. Tie in brown hackle at bend.
- Dub olive-brown body to 3/4.
- Palmer hackle in 5 open spirals.
- Tie in deer/elk hair wing.
- Trim butts. Optional: tie bright green dubbing ball at the front as egg sac.
- Whip finish, head cement.
