Tying steps

  1. Mount hook. Tie in lemon wood duck wing fibers upright, figure-eight to divide.
  2. Wrap to bend; tie in a split tail of blue dun hackle fibers.
  3. Dub a pinkish-tan fox fur body from bend to behind wing.
  4. Tie in blue dun hackle feather, wrap 4-5 turns.
  5. Tie off hackle, whip finish, head cement.
